I'll Be Back This Summer

by Changing Clocks

Climbing through the slushy snow
And I feel my feet get cold, oh!
Next time I'll bring two skis
And I'll glide across with my ski poles!

Though I don't wanna go,
I miss home, I miss Chlo
And my socks are soaking,
It's the last straw!

I'm flying through the sky
With a smile on my face.
'Cause I'm making my flight
to a warmer place.
And I'll Be Back This Summer,
Until the winter comes. . .

Five days, I've slept fourteen hours
And I forgot my father's birthday.
Coffee's been my saving grace,
My new found faith, oh, thank The Bean!

It's Friday and I crave
A few cheers, a few beers
But I can't catch a break
I'm underage!
And I want to go home
But ahead is the dread
Of no leg room for seventeen hours!

I'm flying through the sky
With a smile on my face.
'Cause I'm making my flight
to a warmer place.
And I'll Be Back This Summer,
Until the winter comes...
